The Action Peoples Party, or APP, won 22 out of 23 leader spots in the local elections in Rivers State.
This information was shared by Channels Television, which highlighted that retired Justice Adolphus Enebeli of the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, known as RSIEC, shared the results on Saturday in Port Harcourt.
Justice Enebeli mentioned that they are still adding up the votes for Etche Local Government Area, so the winner there is not announced yet.
He also said the results for the Etche area and the 319 local council positions will be shared once everything is counted and ready.
