APC Turmoil: Eze Responds to Okocha’s Allegation About Amaechi Leaving the Party

Must Read

Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, who used to work as a publicity secretary for the old New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP), has spoken out against something Tony Okocha said. Okocha had said that Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is not a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) anymore.

Okocha told people in Abuja that Amaechi, who was once the governor of Rivers State, doesn’t want the party to ask him to join in any political events.

But on Thursday, Eze said this isn’t true and asked Nigerians to ignore Okocha’s statement. He called it a made-up story.

Eze said that Okocha often spreads false stories and is known for his smear campaigns. He even suggested that Okocha might have mental health issues and should see a doctor.

He also pointed out that Okocha admitted in a video that he used to fake election results. Eze believes that this confession should make security agencies question him, but thinks this won’t happen because society overlooks such actions.

Eze said Okocha just wants attention, which Amaechi, the former transportation minister, is not willing to give him.

According to Eze, if it weren’t for Amaechi, the APC wouldn’t even exist. He emphasized that Amaechi’s contributions to the party are well-known.

Eze stressed that Amaechi has never said he was leaving the APC and is still the party’s leader. He urged the public to ignore Okocha, whom he described as someone pretending to be important and only out for his own benefit.
