Must Read

The Police in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) arrested a man named Shuaibu Alhaji Yushau. He tried to end his life.

The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, shared this news on Monday. She said that people called the police because they saw a man climbing a very tall radio mast at ASO Radio in Katampe early in the morning.

When the police got the call, they quickly went to the place to stop the man from hurting himself.

“With a lot of talking and care, the police were able to stop Shuaibu Alhaji Yushau from ending his own life,” she explained.

When the police talked to the man, he said he wanted to end his life because the economy is very bad. He said, “People are dying everywhere.”

He also mentioned that he had been looking at the tall mast for about a week before he climbed it.

This shows how important it is to speak up and get help if you or someone you know is feeling very sad or hopeless. There are always people who care and are ready to help.
