Kaestrings, whose birth name is Kingsley Innocent Owoicho-Oche, is a prominent figure in the realm of gospel music. Born on November 24th into a Christian family with seven children, Kaestrings hails from the Idoma tribe and originally comes from Kaduna state. His impact as a music minister extends far and wide, touching the lives of thousands through the divine influence of the Holy Spirit.

Career

His musical journey began at a young age, and he decided to further develop his vocal abilities between 2011 and 2013. This dedication bore fruit as invitations for ministrations in various churches started pouring in. Even in his childhood, Kaestrings was actively involved in leading songs in the children’s choir at Gospel Ministry International (GMI) Zaria, where his love for singing took root.

Reflecting on his early inspiration, Kaestrings stated, “I grew up watching my brothers sing, and that’s why I loved to sing too.”

Education

A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna state, Kaestrings holds a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Art History. Alongside his academic pursuits, his passion for music remained unwavering.

The moniker “Kaestrings” finds its origin in his profound love for music and his prowess in both singing and playing the acoustic guitar. In an interview, he explained, “I love music and make it. That’s how the epithet Kaestrings came about. I love singing, and I also love playing the acoustic guitar. Most of all, I love Jesus!”

In addition to his musical endeavors, Kaestrings is an integral part of Eternity Network International (Koinonia E.NI), working under the leadership of Apostle Joshua Selman.

Beyond the realm of music, Kaestrings is an artist with a passion for drawing, sketching, and drafting. However, he regards music as the pinnacle of his professional pursuits.

In his personal life, Kaestrings is happily married to Victoria Emmanuel, who serves as a source of support and inspiration in both his personal and professional endeavors. She is a significant part of the 31 lineage, contributing to the flourishing journey of Kaestrings’ life and career.
