Must Read

Sound Sultan's legacy has been further etched into the hearts of his fans with the release of another posthumous album, Street OT.

This important song features the participation of rapper Ice Prince and emerging talent DJ ShabzyAce.

ID Cabasa, Sound Sultan’s long-time collaborator and friend and ever-present veteran, composed the song, which features vocals from Rotimi Segun Jolaosho, Olumide Ogunade and Olanrewaju Fasasi (Sound Sultan).

The music starts with flutes and soft Konga beats and progresses to a full sound by the ninth second, with bass lines, drums and keyboard. It's a danceable tune and a certified street anthem.

This release commemorates the third anniversary of the talented artist who passed away on July 11, 2021 after a “tough battle” with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
