Kieran McKenna, the manager of Ipswich Town, is very happy to have Sone Aluko as a new coach for the team.
On Monday, Ipswich Town announced that Aluko will be their first-team head coach. Aluko used to play for the team from 2021 to 2024.
Aluko, who also played for Rangers, retired from playing football earlier this summer. He has been working hard to get his coaching badges.
“We’re very happy to welcome Sone to our coaching team,” McKenna shared on the club’s official website.
“Sone has worked hard and shown great values at the club for the past few years. We believe he will continue to bring those good qualities to his coaching role.
“Sone gets along well with the players and staff here, and we think he will be a valuable addition to our team.”
