Sure, I can turn that into a simple and easy-to-understand article for you.

The Osun State Police Command has arrested someone named John Olowosaye. He worked with another person, Olalekan Oyeyemi, also known as Emir, to kidnap some people in a place called Ede in August 2023. The police spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola, told reporters about this on Friday.

Opalola said that after they kidnapped the people, they took them to Balogun Area in Osogbo. There, they demanded a ransom of N2.6 million, which was paid to Oyeyemi.

The police caught Olowosaye after investigating and finding out he was part of the kidnapping.
