A 25 -year -old man, identified as Toye Dominic, has supposedly removed his life hanging in a forest near the Alagbodagbo village, in the Ijebu igbo area of ​​the state of Ogun.

Toye's lifeless body was discovered by hanging from a tree around 4:30 pm Thursday by a local hunter.

The spokesman for the State Police command of Ogun, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident to Daily Post, stating that the hunter had informed the matter to the Ijebu Itebu division of the command.

She said: “The incident was reported to the headquarters of the Ijebu Igbo division by a local hunter, Kareem Olawalose, who discovered the deceased while in a hunting expedition. After making the discovery, he sought the help of a nearby people, where he met Joseph Dominic, the older brother of the deceased.

“Joseph revealed that Toye had gone to the farm that morning, but had not returned, which caused a search for family members, which was unsuccessful.

“There was no suicide note, and family members expressed commotion and disbelief for the incident.”

Odutola declared that the scene was documented with photographic evidence and that the body had been transferred to the General Hospital, Ijebu Ode, for a more detailed exam.

The spokesman for the command, while expressing his condolences to the family and the loved ones of the deceased, assured the public that an exhaustive investigation was ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding death.

He urged the public members to remain vigilant and seek support for people who experience anguish or emotional struggles.
