The operation, which was addressed to the bandits responsible for multiple kidnappings and attacks against travelers, was successfully executed as part of a repression intensified in the criminal elements in the region.
The development was contained in a statement by the Zagazola Makama security analyst in X (previously Twitter).
“The offensive, carried out during the operation of one week, was specifically addressed to the bandits who terrify the Gusau-Magami road,” reads the statement.
The neutralized bandits were identified as Nazifi, Sakkarawa, Sule and Dan Kwaiba.
According to the sources cited by Makama, “the murdered bandits were part of a criminal network that operated from the village of Mai Rai Rai in the district of Bini, under the area of ​​the local government of Maru.”
It was also known that criminals were associated with the late leader of the bandits, Kachalla Zakiru.
