'He's losing his mind': Fans react to Asake's new facial tattoos

Social media users have continued to react differently to the latest look of Grammy Award-nominated artist Ahmed Ololade, popularly known as Asake.

The 'Terminator' singer debuted his new look in a mail on his verified Instagram account on Sunday.

In the image, the artist shows off his new facial tattoos, which include dollar signs and 'Believe' inscriptions, among others.

The new tattoos, however, have continued to generate reactions on social media, with many of the singer's fans expressing their discontent with the new look.

Reacting to the new look, popular X user @ItsShola tweeted: “As a huge fan of Asake who has never seen anything wrong with him since he blew up; I would just say that these new tattoos didn't fit. “They don't fit him well.”

“He's losing his mind,” said @Abdurazaq64.

Another user, @it_Rutie, wrote: “The face tattoo makes Asake look like a thief.”

“Facial tattoos are not our culture. What's going on with Asake fgs?” @effizzzyy tweeted.

@Guccistarboi wrote: “Those Asake tattoos are getting to be too much, he needs to slow down.”

@ejiro_joshua1 tweeted: “What's with all the earrings in your ear? I hope he hasn't been initiated into the Illuminati.”

This comes a few weeks after the 'Sungba' hitmaker trended on X following rumors of his fallout with his record label, YBNL, and its founder, Olamide.

The controversy began when Asake made dramatic changes to his Instagram profile. A check by Tribune Online confirmed that the singer had removed YBNL from his Instagram bio and unfollowed everyone, including Olamide.

However, neither Asake nor Olamide have confirmed or denied their alleged departure from the record label at the time of this report.
