UK-based Nigerian pastor and founder of the Anointed Salvation Proclaimers Church (SPAC Nation), Tobi Adegboyega, has dismissed allegations that he was seen at a nightclub as false.

In an interview on TV channel's Politics Today program on Monday, Adegboyega claimed that he has never been to a nightclub, adding that such allegations are simply a figment of people's imagination.

He clarified that he only visits restaurants with friends from Nigeria and around the world, including musicians.

“They have never seen me in a nightclub, that is a figment of certain people's imagination. I've never been seen in a nightclub, it hasn't happened to me once before.

“You've seen me in restaurants with some of my friends who are musicians. “We go out to eat, but certainly not to clubs,” he said.

He also emphasized that those who are healthy do not need doctors, pointing to his 20-year history of staying true to the Christian message.

He added: “However, I must also point out that those who are healthy do not need doctors. I have a 20-year track record of staying true to the message of Christ we preach. We have seen many lives change, leaders said.

“We have fifty houses throughout the country. You will see God-fearing young pastors. Last Sunday we ordained about 32 new young pastors with a standard of conduct. That's because they have been following their leaders.

“Some of them are leading scientists in the country and some CEOs, but I got them out of prisons.

Adegboyega concluded: I have not been seen in nightclubs. No one can present evidence of this.
