Big shoe company Adidas from Germany has decided to end all their legal fights with Kanye West, a famous rapper from America also known as Yeezy.
Adidas stopped working with Kanye in 2022 because many people, especially from a group called the American Jewish Committee (AJC), were upset about some things Kanye said that they thought were not nice to Jewish people.
On Tuesday, the boss of Adidas, Bjorn Gulden, said they made a deal with Kanye to stop all their legal battles. Nobody had to pay any money for this deal.
“The issues with Kanye are now in the past. We talked it out and figured things out,” Bjorn Gulden said without telling much about how they agreed on this.
When Adidas broke up with Kanye in 2022, they were left with a lot of Yeezy shoes worth around €1.2 billion (£840 million).
Now that they settled things with Kanye, Adidas said they will sell all the remaining Yeezy shoes by the end of 2024.
