The brave team called Ekiti State Amotekun Corps found something very sad in the forest near Aramoko-Ekiti. They discovered the bodies of two young girls while they were checking that area recently.
A person from the team, named Officer Adeleye Abiodun Adewale, shared this news in a message to the public. He explained that a man named Ogunnike Philip, who is 29 years old and is from Ogun State, is responsible for this terrible act.
In that message, Officer Adeleye said they found the body of a girl named Taiwo hidden in the bushes on Egbewa Street, close to an unfinished building in Aramoko-Ekiti. They also found the body of another girl, 18-year-old Fatoki Seun, in the bush on Oke-Oja Street in the same town.
The team from Ekiti West Local Government explained that the bodies had been there for a long time, so they started to smell very bad and had a lot of insects like maggots around them. This made the air around not very nice to breathe in.
To help everyone in the town, some health and environment workers took the bodies to the General Hospital in Aramoko-Ekiti to be handled properly. Officer Adeleye confirmed this in his message.
