Amapakabo thinks this win will help their team feel better after losing in Enugu the previous week.
Abia Warriors won 1-0 against Kwara United during their sixth match at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Sunday.
A player named Sunday Megwo scored the goal that helped Abia Warriors win.
“This win is very important because it helps us believe in ourselves again,” Amapakabo said after the game.
“It’s tough right now since all teams are playing well, but it was an exciting game, and we earned these three points,” he added.
Abia Warriors is currently in ninth place in the Nigeria Premier Football League with eight points.
