The Yobe State Ministry of Health and Human Services put together a five-day training session. This session is all about planning for the health sector in Yobe for the year 2025.
Dr. Babaga Kundi Machina is an important person in Yobe’s healthcare. He talked to news reporters about why this training is so important.
Dr. Machina said that during the training, people will talk about what’s really important for healthcare in 2025. They will also make plans to make sure healthcare gets better in Yobe.
He mentioned that this is part of a big effort that started earlier. They asked all the health agencies to think about what needs to be improved.
Dr. Machina also said this training will follow the big plans from the federal government. This way, Yobe State’s plans will match the plans of the entire country.
He encouraged everyone in the session to help by sharing their good ideas. What they say can really help improve healthcare for everyone in Yobe.
Dr. Lawan Gana, who is another big health leader in Yobe, talked about why this plan is so special. It helps stop people from doing the same work twice which wastes time and resources.
Dr. Gana wasn’t there himself, but Alhaji Isa Bukar talked for him. He said he believes this training will bring good results for healthcare in Yobe.
