Super Eagles Team Prepares in Uyo for Match Against Libya
In the city of Uyo, 20 football players have gathered to get ready for an important soccer match against the team from Libya. This match is a step toward qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The team’s home base is the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, which became lively on Tuesday morning. Seven more players arrived there, making a total of nine players at first. But soon, 11 more players joined in, raising the number to 20.
There are still three players, Kelechi Iheanacho, Osayi-Samuel, and Chidera Ejuke, who have not yet arrived at the camp.
All the 20 players who are present joined in their first practice at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium. Fans and news people were allowed to watch how they trained, so everyone could see how they are preparing for the big game.
