Nigerian music star Phyno, whose real name is Chibuzor Azubuike, has come out with his exciting new album called “Full Time Job”. This is his fifth album, and it’s a big achievement in his amazing music journey.
Phyno shared that this album shows how much he loves making music. Each song talks about his own life stories and his rich cultural background.
On October 3, 2024, Phyno, who is 37, enjoyed a special day with his fans at the Listening Room in Landmark Tower, Oniru, Lagos. He played his new songs and everyone had a great time.
Many people came to the event and everyone was very happy to hear Phyno’s new songs. Music stars like Timaya, Cheque, Crowd Kontroller, Jude Okoye, Ushbebe, and Cubana Chief Priest were there too. So were music producers and managers.
Phyno said, “This album is very special. Each song tells something about my life and the hard work I’ve done in my career. It didn’t just happen by luck.”
“Full Time Job” shows how Phyno has grown as a musician. It brings together traditional sounds and modern styles with help from many famous artists.
The album has 15 songs and features big names like Burna Boy, Cheque, Fave, Johnny Drille, Chip, ArrDee, and the UK group NSG.
For example, the song Time Of My Life has ArrDee. The song Do I (Remix) includes Burna Boy. Another song, Men Don Show Face, features Flavour. There is even a special break in the album, called an interlude, where Hushpuppi appears, named Nwoke Esike.
