Sunshine Stars Shine Brightly

The chairman of Sunshine Stars, Bamidele Ologunloluwa, is very happy. Do you want to know why?

Two people from his team got special awards! Their names are Kennedy Boboye and Seth Mayi.

Kennedy Boboye is the Coach of the Week. This means he is the best coach for this week in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

Seth Mayi made it to the Team of the Week. He is one of the best players this week.

On Sunday, Sunshine Stars played against Akwa United at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo. Seth Mayi did something amazing in the game. He scored the second goal and helped his team score the first goal. Because of this, Sunshine Stars won 2-1 against Akwa United.

Ologunloluwa, the chairman, said, “I am very proud of our players. This is a great achievement. I think many of our players will win even bigger things in the future.”

He also said, “Let’s stay focused on our goals. We have not reached them yet, but I am sure if we work together honestly, we will achieve our target this season.”

Finally, he added, “Seth and Coach Boboye could not have done this without the help of the whole team.”
