She told the police to send the files to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) for legal advice.

She postponed the case to November 14.

The police officer in charge, Inspector Femi Omilana, explained to the court that these men committed the crime on September 13 around 9:00 a.m. in the Saki area of Oyo State.

He said the men had guns and cutlasses when they robbed two people.

They took goods worth N340,000.

They stole three bags of Soya beans worth N60,000 from Mr. Moshood Isau and took a motorcycle worth N280,000 from Mr. Ibrahim Yuma.

Their actions break the law as stated in Section 1 (2)(a)(b) of the Robbery and Firearms Laws of Nigeria, 2004.
