Pheelz: Music Isn’t a Quick Route to Wealth

Must Read

Nigerian singer and producer, Philip Kayode, also known as Pheelz, wants people to know that music is not a way to get rich fast.

He said that music has more important, spiritual meanings.

Pheelz explained that music is like “God” because it has the power to heal and make people feel better.

On his social media, Pheelz wrote: “Music is not a grind. It is not a get rich quick scheme. It is not a hustle. Music is life. Music is feeling. Music is healing. Music is God.”

In another post, Pheelz said that making money from music is like trying to sell something that comes from God’s energy.

He wrote, “The music and the music business are 2 different things to me. The Music Business is man’s attempt to commodify God’s energy. The Music itself is God.”

According to DAILY POST, many new and famous Afrobeats artists say that poverty is a big reason why they started making music.
