Eid-el-Maulud: Nigerian Government Urged to Prioritize Citizens’ Welfare – PDP

Must Read

The People’s Democratic Party, or PDP, has a message for all levels of government: they should focus on what people really need. This means putting money into projects and programs that make life better for Nigerians.

Debo Ologunagba, who speaks for the PDP, shared this message in Abuja on Sunday. He was speaking to mark the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW), a special day for Muslims and all Nigerians.

Ologunagba asked the Federal Government to think again about some of its rules. He mentioned the recent increases in the cost of fuel, taxes, and other fees, which are making life harder for ordinary Nigerians.

He suggested that leaders use this time, Eid-el-Maulud, to think carefully about their actions. He said they should consider how their decisions are making people’s lives tough.

As Nigerians celebrate this special day, Ologunagba encouraged them to stay strong and work together to improve the country. He said this is important to overcome money problems and safety issues.

He also advised Nigerians to pray for guidance and take care of each other during these difficult times.

“Eid-el Maulud gives everyone, especially Nigerian leaders, a chance to reflect and follow the wise teachings of the Holy Prophet. It’s a time to submit to Allah’s will,” he said.

“The PDP asks the Federal Government to stop wasting resources, fight corruption, and focus on what people need most. This means supporting projects that really help Nigerians,” said Ologunagba.

“Our party also asks Nigerians to stay calm and keep hope alive. Show love to each other and pray for divine help for our country,” he continued.

“The PDP wishes all Nigerians a happy Eid-el-Maulud celebration,” Ologunagba added.
