The deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, who faces a lot of challenges, has announced that Monday Okpebholo, the candidate from the All Progressives Congress (APC), will win in the Edo North area in the next governorship election.
Shaibu mentioned that the APC’s Ward-to-Ward rally in Etsako West Local Government Area was very successful.
Writing on X (formerly Twitter), the deputy Governor said that the people of Edo State are determined to vote for APC on September 21.
He said: “Edo North supports APC, and the APC Ward-to-Ward rally in Etsako West Local Government Area was a big success. From the lively streets of Auchi to the enthusiastic crowds in South Ibie, Agbede, and Jattu, the message was clear: Edo is ready to move forward.
“The people have spoken, and their message is loud and clear: AKPAKOMIZA is the answer! We are determined to choose Distinguished Senator Monday Okpebholo and Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa as our next Governor and Deputy Governor.
“The excited and energetic atmosphere showed our strong determination. We won’t be quieted or stopped.
“We will vote for progress, development, and APC on September 21st. We are ready.”
