Gunmen Demand N30 Million Ransom and Motorcycles for Abducted Kaduna Councillorship Aspirant

Must Read

In a small village called Kurmin-Kare in Kaduna State, bad people took a man named Japheth Zarma Yakubu, who wanted to be a community leader. They are asking for a lot of money – 20 million naira – and two motorcycles to let him go.

Someone told DAILY POST that on Sunday at 11:45am, the leader of these bad people used the man’s phone to call his family. He told them they must get 20 million naira and two motorcycles to get Japheth back.

One of Japheth’s family members is talking to these bad people. He is trying to ask them if they can ask for less money because everyone is struggling with money right now.

The family member said, “I talked to the leader of the bad people and asked him to reduce the money they want because it is hard to get that much money now.”

The bad people took Japheth when he went to check his farm last Thursday.

We tried to talk to ASP Hassan Mansur, who speaks for the police in Kaduna State, but we could not reach him to ask about this problem at the time of writing.
