Late Veteran singer, Onyeka Onwenu, who many lovingly called the Elegant Stallion, will be laid to rest in Lagos today.
Onyeka sadly passed away on July 30 at Reddington Hospital in Ikeja. She collapsed after she finished singing at Dr. Stella Okoli’s birthday party. Dr. Okoli is the Managing Director of Emzor Pharmaceuticals.
The DAILY POST has learned that Onyeka’s funeral will start with a service at the Fountain of Life Church in Ilupeju. After the service, she will be buried privately at a vault in Ikoyi, as her family has announced.
A funeral flyer shares that there will be a Service of Songs from 10 am to 12 noon, and the burial will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm.
