Manchester United have sent a kind message to their old player, Angel Gomes, after he got a bad head injury on Saturday.
Gomes hit his head when he bumped into Reims player Amadou Kone during a French Ligue 1 game. This happened in just the 11th minute of the match.
Right away, people ran onto the field to help him, and Kone got a red card and was told to leave the game.
Gomes had to be carried off on a stretcher and went straight to the hospital.
The game was stopped for 34 minutes because of this. In the end, Lille won the game 2-0.
Manchester United, his old team, shared a message on their website saying they hope he feels better quickly.
“We are all thinking of you and wish you a fast recovery, Angel,” the message from Manchester United said.
